Education opportunities for Pakistan students discussed in Belarus

MINSK, 8 April (BelTA) - A delegation from Pakistan and the leadership of the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR) discussed the possibility of training Pakistani citizens under the university's undergraduate programs, BelTA has learned.

The foreign delegation was headed by Walid Mushtaq, Honorary Consul of Belarus in Lahore, and Ambreen Younis, Director General of the Metropolitan International United College.

The parties considered opportunities in education and science, discussed the training of Pakistani citizens in the first cycle of higher education (undergraduate programs) in English at BSUIR, including paid distance learning.

The parties exchanged information materials on educational programs, publications, research results, student and academic exchanges, and also distance learning.
