Among the awardees there were traditionally a large group of representatives of the agro-industrial complex. “A low bow to you, farmers. We hope that this year your conscientious work and favorable weather conditions, which is vital, will make a significant contribution to the food security of the country,” the prime minister said.

The work of teachers, who are always at the center of public life in the country, was also highly commended. “You instill in your students high moral concepts of honor, duty, dignity, pride in the country in which they were born. Of course, it is very important to help them get ready for an adult life, take responsible, independent, and weighted decisions,” the head of government said.

Representatives of public administration bodies were also awarded for many years of fruitful work and exemplary performance of their duties. “Regardless of the area they work in and the processes they regulate, all government bodies have important tasks that depend on the professionalism of those who carry them out. The role of every individual in the development of the country is truly invaluable. These tiny drops make up the large, free, strong and clear river that is called Belarus. The main wealth of our country is neither foreign exchange reserves nor property. The main asset is people,” the head of government said.
