According to the defense minister of Pakistan, the two countries have similar goals and interests on the international arena. “We are trying to achieve economic prosperity. We, like you, want our people to live in peace. For many years, we have been playing a major role in peacekeeping efforts and are ready to cooperate on this front. And if Pakistan takes part in some missions, we are always ready to share our experience with you. There are many areas where cooperation potential is still untapped. This includes economy, agriculture and mechanical engineering,” Khawaja Muhammad Asif remarked.
