MINSK, 21 May (BelTA) - Defense attachés of six Arab states are visiting the Defense Ministry of Belarus with a view to expanding international contacts, BelTA learned from the press service of the ministry.
According to the Defense Ministry, the military diplomats are expected to get familiar with military educational institutions, industrial enterprises and the history of Belarus.
The visiting attaches are currently being briefed by head of the Department of International Military Cooperation - Assistant Defense Minister for International Cooperation, Major General Valery Revenko and also a representative of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the Central House of Officers in Minsk.
