MINSK, 10 February (BelTA) – Most likely Andrzej Duda and Mateusz Morawiecki were aware of what was happening at the border, Polish serviceman Emil Czeczko told the media in Minsk on 10 February, BelTA has learned.
"I think President Duda and Prime Minister Morawiecki were aware of what was happening at the border. If they knew and took no action, then it means they are complicit," Emil Czeczko said.
The center “Sistemnaya Pravozaschita” [“Systemic Human Rights Protection”] is holding a press conference of Polish serviceman Emil Czeczko.
