
MINSK, 4 June (BelTA) - The next meeting of the CIS Coordinating Council of Prosecutors General will take place in Dushanbe on 21 October, BelTA learned from the press service of the CIS Executive Committee.
The preparations for the next meeting were discussed at the working meeting of representatives of prosecutors general of the CIS member states in Moscow on 4 June. Attending the meeting were representatives of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and the secretariat of the CIS Coordinating Council of Prosecutors General. Igor Malashevich, Advisor of the Security Cooperation Department, took part in the meeting on behalf of the CIS Executive Committee.
The meeting participants also took stock of the progress made in the preparation of draft agreements on cooperation between the Prosecutor Generals' Offices in countering illegal migration, terrorism and extremism.
