MINSK, 4 March (BelTA) – First Deputy Defense Minister - Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Uzbekistan, Major General Shukhrat Khalmukhamedov has arrived in Belarus on an official visit, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Defense Ministry.
