"During a number of bilateral meetings with electoral bodies, we already agreed to draw up bilateral agreements. This will help exchange information, share experience of holding elections, jointly participate in election observation, and hold various consultations, including those within the framework of the Association of World Election Bodies, in which we are actively involved," Igor Karpenko stated. "As for experience, I would not say we are superior to our colleagues in any way. We have certain experience and are ready to share it. But in general,
all state election bodies of the CIS countries are open in this respect."
