MINSK, 16 December (BelTA) - The latest episode of the project Vremya Pervogo on the Belarus 1 TV channel found out whether Belarusian Emergencies Minister Vadim Sinyavsky can climb a firefighter climbing ladder, BelTA learned.
Borisov-based POZHSNAB enterprise producing firefighting and fire-rescue equipment has recently hosted Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko.
The journalist jokingly asked Vadim Sinyavsky whether he can climb a firefighter ladder. “I can. I would climb it if I were given such a task. For this purpose there are professionals who know how to do it,” the minister replied.
“These are the best machines imaginable today. First of all, they can be transformed to suit the tasks. They have passed the state scientific and technical programs. We have worked out all issues in terms of technology, quality, optimization, and safety,” Emergencies Minister Vadim Sinyavsky said while talking about POZHSNAB products.
