The Palace of Independence has opened its doors for bloggers once again. Bloggers who took part in the Marathon of Unity visited the palace on 29 January. BelTA tells the story of what impressed Vlad Kobyakov, Dim Dimych, Andzhilisha and other bloggers in the Palace of Independence.

They got their subscribers familiar with our enterprises, our history, our culture and our people. In short, bloggers were given the widest possible scope for content creation. The large-scale public and cultural campaign Marathon of Unity united various people. Bloggers were no exception. They took the most active part in the Marathon over the span of three months. They got their subscribers familiar with our enterprises, our history, our culture and our people. In short, bloggers were given the widest possible scope for content creation. They reached the same wide audience with their videos. The campaign garnered more than 55 million views.

Blogger Vlad Kobyakov is one of those who traveled along many points of the Marathon of Unity route. The entourage of the Palace reminded him of some of the locations of the marathon.

“I visited the enterprise [Cascade in Lida] that made chandeliers for the Palace of Independence. It was very interesting for me to see them in the Palace, where they were brought from Lida,” Vlad Kobyakov said.

Speaking about the general atmosphere, the blogger noted that he got impressed at the very start of the tour. “The halls are filled with incredible energy. I know that our head of state receives high-ranking visitors, leaders of other countries. I think that the tour will leave great impressions on us. We will definitely tell our subscribers how great it is here,” he added.

Thanks to the Marathon of Unity, Vlad Kobyakov returned to TikTok, where he had not posted anything for a long time. In total, Vlad's videos about the Marathon gained more than 23 million views in the social network. “I think it would be a sin not to make a video in the Palace of Independence, not to show this beauty to subscribers in TikTok. My subscribers are a multinational audience. I think people from Russia and other countries will be surprised to see such beauty,” Vlad Kobyakov said.

During the Marathon of Unity, the bloggers not only shared their impressions with their subscribers, but also presented a new song about the love for their Motherland and the inspiration they gained from the marathon. The idea to write a song came to them during the marathon in Lida. It was performed for the first time in Grodno. The bloggers used quotes they heard at different events to create the lyrics for their song, and then added a melody to it.

During the final concert of the marathon in Minsk, the bloggers could not hide their emotions. The concert even moved some of them to tears. For example, Angelina Mikhaleva, who is known to her subscribers as Andzhilisha.

"For me, the marathon has become a kind of an outlet. I have traveled to many cities, visited all the regions. The concert Time chose us wad attended by the president. He said very important words that made me cry. They touched me and made me proud of our country, our people and our president," Angelina said.
The bloggers spent more time in one of the palace's rooms, the famous Green Hall. About 10 years ago, this room hosted the Normandy Four meeting to resolve the armed conflict in eastern Ukraine.

"You know, every room here is very significant. The Green Hall impressed me the most, because I realized that this room brought together very important people to address global issues. It is certainly fascinating. The Red Hall also impressed me, because the president comes there almost every day to discuss important matters," Angelina shared her impressions.

Dmitry Sivchik (Dim Dimych) admitted that he did not expect to see such a scale, although he understood perfectly well where he was invited to. “I like the tour very much. I like that each hall has its own unique atmosphere, peculiarities, details. Today, being here and realizing what huge work was done at the Marathon of Unity, I feel proud and very pleasantly surprised,” Dmitry said.

The halls of the Palace of Independence inspired Dmitry, as well as other bloggers, to create new interesting content. One of Dmitry's ideas is a review on the halls of the Palace of Independence. “I want to show the audience the best locations. I am sure that the video will get good views,” the blogger added.

By the way, the reach of the video posts about the Marathon of Unity events in Dmitry Sivchik’s social networks exceeded 10 million views. “Marathon is a great campaign, including for young people. I would like to see such events as the Marathon of Unity held in our country as often as possible,” he concluded.

Blogger Artur Bakhanovich came to join the tour from Soligorsk. The young man traveled through many cities as part of the Marathon, and got to the Palace of Independence on 29 January. The museum with gifts to the head of state made the biggest impression on Artur.

"Honestly, a lot of things impressed me. I've seen these halls on TV many times. Today I have had the opportunity to see them with my own eyes. It is a very nice place. I liked the museum most of all. The African corner is absolutely amazing!" Artur shared his impressions.

The blogger also liked the Green Hall. "This is a landmark place which hosted the meeting to settle the conflict in Ukraine. I followed the situation in Donbass then. When I visited this hall, I imagined how it all happened. This place is wonderful," Artur added. "I have already shared photos and videos with my subscribers. I try to post everything in real time."

About 30 bloggers visited the palace, some of whom have millions of subscribers, while others have microblogs. Some blog about beauty and a healthy lifestyle, some talk about agriculture and science, and some make content for children. Some participated in the marathon only once, while others traveled to almost all the cities that hosted the large-scale social and cultural event. The Marathon of Unity truly united them, and the Palace of Independence provided new and bright impressions and interesting content for their subscribers.
