Bill on family allowances to get first reading in Belarusian parliament

MINSK, 30 January (BelTA) - A regular meeting of the tenth session of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus of the seventh convocation is slated for 31 January, BelTA learned from the press service of the House of Representatives.

The draft laws which are supposed to go for the first reading will include the bills “On Amendments to the Laws on Family Allowances”, “On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On International Treaties of the Republic of Belarus”, “On Amendments to the Laws” (on the Investigative Committee).

The second reading will be given to the draft laws “On the Code of Civil Procedure of the Republic of Belarus”, “On the Handling of Genetic Resources”, and “On Amending the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On State Regulation of Trade and Public Catering”.

The draft bill “On Amending Laws” (on the optimization of administrative procedures in the protection and use of natural resources) is expected to pass two readings.

One reading will be given to the draft law “On Accession of the Republic of Belarus to the Rotterdam Convention on the prior informed consent procedure in the international trade of hazardous chemicals.”
