MINSK, 9 February (BelTA) – The National Exhibition Center BelExpo and Expocentre (Moscow) signed an agreement on cooperation in exhibition and congress activities on 9 February, BelTA learned from the press service of the Russian organization.
The agreement provides for creation of favorable conditions for the participation of Belarusian and Russian organizations in exhibitions and fairs organized and held by BelExpo and Expocentre in Belarus and Russia. The organizations will assist each other in preparing meetings, negotiations, presentations and other events, training and professional development, implementation of initiatives related to advertising of exhibition programs and individual events.
According to BelExpo Director Sergei Baran, the agreement provides an opportunity to participate more actively in each other's events. “We will use the great exhibition experience of Expocentre, and it will contribute to a broader interaction between our countries,” he stressed.
Expocentre Director General Alexey Vyalkin believes that the agreement expands the horizons of cooperation and the format of work of both companies. “We are open to any interaction with our counterparts and will be glad to support them both methodologically and informationally in order to provide Belarusian companies with more opportunities to take part in our exhibitions,” he said.
