MINSK, 18 August (BelTA) – A Belarusian team won gold during the shooting stage of the Military Rally competition held as part of the International Army Games 2022, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Defense Ministry.
Sergeant Vadim Kravchenko and Guards Private Kirill Yanushkevich successfully accomplished their tasks during the shooting stage while driving a Tiger armored vehicle. The two soldiers hit targets with machine gun fire while driving the Tiger vehicle. They had to shoot during brief stops at popup targets.
The Defense Ministry reminded that it is the first time the Military Rally competition has been organized in two countries – Russia and Mongolia. Teams from Belarus, Russia, Uzbekistan, and Mongolia participated in the competition.
