Belarusian specialists to build one of Russia's largest schools

MOSCOW, 19 August (BelTA) – The company SOOO Stroiengineering, which has been established with participation of the Belarusian side, has been granted the right to build a massive school in in the Russian city of Voronezh, the press service of the Belarusian embassy in Russia told BelTA.

It will be one of the largest educational institutions in Russia. The company will have to erect a building with the number of floors varying from two to four. The construction footprint of the main building will exceed 21,000m2 while its total area will be close to 60,000m2. The mega school will have 110 classes studying per shift, with 220 pedagogues teaching the kids. It will be a unique facility on Russia's scale.

The design provides for detached educational wings, for creating a barrier-free environment and conditions conducive to the development of creative potential in kids and for doing sports.

SOOO Stroiengineering previously acted as the general contractor for building a school for 520 students in Semiluki District, Voronezh Oblast, Russia. The school has been commissioned. The project was implemented using a construction investment principle and an export loan from the Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus.
