MINSK, 17 August (BelTA) – Belarusian military personnel will participate in the Road Patrol competition as part of the International Army Games 2022 in Uzbekistan, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Defense Ministry.

The Road Patrol competition is scheduled to begin in Uzbekistan today. Teams from Belarus, Russia, Uzbekistan, and Iran will participate in it this year. Belarusian military personnel have already been issued firearms, have tested out the vehicles, and have examined the route and peculiarities of the competition in detail.

It is the third time a Belarusian team will participate in the Road Patrol competition. Belarus came in third in 2022 and second in 2021. The team is intent on achieving good results this year, too.
