MINSK, 22 February (BelTA) - At the invitation of the Qatari side, Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko met with members of Qatar’s ruling family and representatives of Qatar’s business - large investors in construction, energy, information and telecommunication technologies. The informal meeting took place within the framework of the official visit of the Belarusian head of government to the country, BelTA learned.
During the meeting, the prime minister informed the Qatari side about the development of the Belarusian economy, the country's investment policy, plans to implement major investment projects.
The dialogue demonstrated a keen interest of Qatari business in Belarus.
