MINSK, 1 February (BelTA) – An inspection group from Belarus visited an army unit of the Polish Armed Forces on 28-30 January, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Defense Ministry.
The visit was conducted in line with the 2011 Vienna Document on Confidence- and Security-Building Measures. The inspectors checked whether the information Poland provides is complete and true. The information includes on personnel numbers, the main weapon systems and hardware used by the Polish army unit.
During the visit, the inspection group got familiar with the daily activities of the army unit and talked to the Polish military.
