Belarusian landscapes, still lifes to go on view in Moscow on 4 March

MINSK, 1 March (BelTA) – The “Spring Rhapsody” exhibition of works by Belarusian painters arranged by the National Art Museum of Belarus will open in the business and cultural center of the Belarusian Embassy in Russia on 4 March, BelTA learned from the museum.

The exhibition is timed to Spring Festival and International Women's Day. It will showcase works by painters of different generations that demonstrate the uniqueness and emotional intensity of Belarusian painting, the continuity of traditions of landscape and still life painting, and special features of the Belarusian school of painting.

The exhibition will feature works by Semen Domarad, Nikolai Isayonok, Maria Isayonok, Valery Shkarubo, Vladimir Prokoptsov, Vasily Kostyuchenko, and others, the museum noted.

This exhibition project is meant to become a dialogue about laws of beauty in the language of art, the National Art Museum pointed out.
