MINSK, 1 February (BelTA) – Customer numbers of Belarusian medical-focused health resorts totalled 1.483 million people in 2023, Director of the Belarusian national center of health resort treatment and recuperation Gennady Bolbatovsky said at a press conference, BelTA has learned.
He stated that the year 2023 was a good one for the medical-focused health resorts. Positive dynamics was registered across all key performance figures.
“It has significantly exceeded our planned figures. The average annual occupancy rate of health resorts for 2023 was 84.1%. The total number of people who have undergone treatment and rehabilitation reached a record high of 1,483 million. The revenue from sales of health resort services amounted to Br1.063 billion,” Gennady Bolbatovsky concluded.
