Belarusian developer to design residential neighborhood in Russia's Vladimir

BREST, 6 February (BelTA) – Brestzhilstroy developer signed a contract to design a townhouse development project in Russia's Vladimir Oblast, chief engineer of the company Eduard Kononchuk told BelTA.

The project will be implemented in the town of Dobrograd in Kovrov District. “Russian partners offered us to cooperate in residential construction. We signed a contract to design townhouses. In April we will finish designing the first houses. In the second half-year we plan to start construction,” Eduard Kononchuk said.

The Belarusian developer is also establishing ties with other Russian regions. In particular, it has been working in Moscow Oblast for a few years, building individual houses. Three projects are currently underway. “We mostly deal with multi-storey development projects but find low-rise housing interesting too. It is popular in different Russian regions, especially in Moscow Oblast,” the chief engineer stated.

Brestzhilstroy is also exploring the opportunities for cooperation with Rostov Oblast. “A Rostov property developer has reached out and suggested possible cooperation. We are currently implementing projects in Moscow Oblast and Vladimir Oblast,” Eduard Kononchuk added.
