MINSK, 5 March (BelTA) - The Constitutional Court has passed an address to the Belarusian president and the National Assembly "On the state of constitutional legitimacy in the Republic of Belarus", BelTA has learned.
"The address consists of 4 sections, an introduction and a summary," Chairman of the Constitutional Court Piotr Miklashevich said as he announced the address.
"The first section analyzes the constitutional development in connection with the adoption of amendments and additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus at the national referendum," Piotr Miklashevich emphasized.
