
MINSK, 12 March (BelTA) - The National Action Plan for the Year of Improvement envisages 47 events and determines the final annual indicators and sets up the national situations center, its work regulations and membership, Deputy Head of the Department of Biological and Landscape Diversity at the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Ministry Lyudmila Bartoshevich said at a press conference in BelTA’s press center o.
The national situations center will meet at least once a quarter. The list of state bodies responsible for the action plan and compliance with the deadlines has been made.
“The plan has been communicated to stakeholders; deadlines and forms of reporting have been determined. Working groups have been set up to monitor the progress in the plan at the regional level and sectoral regional plans for the Year of Improvement at the national and regional levels,” she added.
The plan has already been launched. Thus, ahead of the spring landscaping works, specialists have analyzed the capacities for growing planting material and determined that all regions and the capital city are provided with the necessary amounts in 2025.
