MINSK, 15 August (BelTA) – Over 186,000 foreign nationals have visited Belarus without visas, BelTA learned from the State Border Committee of Belarus.
“As of 00:00 on 15 August, 186,625 citizens of Latvia, Lithuania and Poland took advantage of Belarus' visa waiver program. Since 15 April when Belarus reopened border for visa waiver arrivals, 120,515 citizens of Lithuania, 14,602 non-citizens and 47,616 citizens of Latvia have visited Belarus,” the State Border Committee informed.
Since 1 July, when a visa waiver program for Poland was launched, Belarus has hosted around 4,000 visitors from Poland, the State Border committee informed.
