
MINSK, 8 March (BelTA) – Belarus will provide humanitarian aid to Cuba according to the Council of Ministers’ resolution No.142 of 6 March 2025, which has been published by the national legal information registry today, BelTA has learned.
The Healthcare Ministry, the Emergencies Ministry, and the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee are hereby instructed to organize the release and clearance of material values for providing humanitarian aid to the Republic of Cuba. The Transport and Communications Ministry and the Emergencies Ministry are responsible for organizing its delivery.
The list of material values to be donated to Cuba consists of 13 items, including tinned meat, milk powder, and a number of medications.
The Council of Ministers resolution came into force as of the adoption date.
