MINSK, 5 October (BelTA) – Days of Culture of Tajikistan will take place in Belarus on 5-11 October, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Culture Ministry.
“Pioner Cinema House will host Days of Cinema with the demonstration of feature and non-feature films. On 7 October the Belarusian State Philharmonic Hall will host a gala concert of Tajik artists, and an exhibition of Tajik handicrafts. On 8 October the artists of Tajikistan will perform in Molodechno,” the ministry said.
The delegation of the Republic of Tajikistan will be headed by First Deputy Minister of Culture Nazarion Obid Odilzoda.
“Friendly Belarus-Tajikistan relations, traditionally built on a solid foundation of historical and cultural ties, are gaining positive momentum,” the ministry noted.
Days of Culture of Tajikistan in Belarus were held in 2016, and Days of Culture of Belarus in Tajikistan were held in 2007, 2015 and 2018.
