Belarus PM arrives in Russia’s Astrakhan on working visit

MINSK, 31 January (BelTA) – Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko has arrived in the Russian city of Astrakhan on a working visit, BelTA has learned.

Roman Golovchenko is expected to meet with Astrakhan Oblast Governor Igor Babushkin. The Belarusian head of government and the governor of the Russian region will lay flowers at the Eternal Flame of Glory Memorial. The Belarusian prime minister is also set to visit a number of enterprises, including Dyuna-AST, BT SVAP, Geksa-Lotos and see the presentation of the Lotos special economic zone.

On 1-2 February, Roman Golovchenko will be visiting Almaty, Kazakhstan to attend a meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council. The Belarusian head of government is also expected to visit the Digital Almaty 2024. Industry X: Digital Evolution of the Future forum.
