MINSK, 25 September (BelTA) – Belarus plans to repair more than 6.5 million sq.m. of streets and roads in 2024, Deputy Prime Minister Anatoly Sivak said at a joint sitting of the House of Representatives and the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus on 25 September, BelTA has learned.
"In 2024, as in the previous year, the government paid considerable attention to improving the operational condition of streets and roads in community centers. For these purposes in 2024, Br645.4 million will be allocated from all sources, which is almost 25% more than in 2023. Regional executive committees and the Minsk City Executive Committee have put together the plans to repair 6,546,700 square meters of streets and roads in community centers in 2024," Anatoly Sivak said.
