Belarus' Justice Ministry, EU work on SDG program in legal sector

MINSK, 20 September (BelTA) – The Justice Ministry of Belarus, in cooperation with the EU Delegation in Belarus, is working on the SDG program in the legal sector, BelTA learned from the press service of the Justice Ministry.

The preparation of the program was discussed at a meeting between Justice Minister Oleg Slizhevsky and Head of Cooperation of the Delegation of the European Union to Belarus Berend de Groot.

“The draft program envisages EU technical assistance to improve the provision of public services as part of the one stop shop mechanism,” the press service said.

The parties agreed to continue the coordination of the key components of the program taking into account opinions and needs of the interested government bodies.
