MINSK, 23 April (BelTA) – Representatives of Belarus and Iran have discussed avenues of future joint work in the sphere of military science and education, the Belarusian Defense Ministry told BelTA.
Within the framework of the efforts to promote contacts between Belarus and Iran in military affairs an Iranian delegation led by Mehdi Jafari, Deputy Minister of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics of Iran, Rector of the Malek-Ashtar University of Technology continues working in Belarus.
Representatives of the Iranian delegation have already visited the Armed Forces Research Institute and the Military Academy of Belarus, have met with top officials of the institutions and have been made familiar with the physical infrastructure used for education purposes. During the visit the parties also discussed avenues of future joint work in the sphere of military science and education.
