MINSK, 12 December (BelTA) - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Indonesia Roman Romanovsky met with Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia Satryo Soemantri Brodjonegoro on 12 December, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During the meeting the parties discussed ways to intensify cooperation between Belarus and Indonesia in higher education, emphasized the importance of intensifying contacts and scientific exchanges between the higher educational institutions of the two countries.
The head of the Belarusian diplomatic mission briefed the minister about the potential of the Belarusian education system and invited Indonesian students to study at Belarusian universities.
