MINSK, 29 October (BelTA) – A delegation from the Republic of Korea has arrived in Belarus on a familiarization tour, BelTA learned from the National Tourism Agency.
The visitors have already seen some gems of Belarus’ historical heritage. The itinerary included a tour of the Mir Castle Complex, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. “The delegation was impressed by the grandeur of this medieval castle and learned about the rich history of this unique place,” the National Tourism Agency informed.
The tour participants then proceeded to the Nesvizh National Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve, another UNESCO World Heritage Site. The guests admired the majestic palace and park complex, the former residence of the Radziwill princes, renowned for its beauty and luxury. The day concluded with a visit to a performance at the National Opera and Ballet Theater.
