MINSK, 14 February (BelTA) – The Belarusian government has set housing construction targets for 2025. Council of Ministers' Resolution No. 65 of 3 February “On construction of residential housing and engineering and transport infrastructure in 2025” was published on the National Legal Internet Portal, BelTA has learned.
The regional executive committees and the Minsk City Executive Committee, together with the Architecture and Construction Ministry should oversee the fulfillment of tasks to commission 4.5 million square meters of residential housing, including subsidized housing, and create a reserve for 2026.
It is also necessary to curb the growth in costs of subsidized housing construction and reconstruction, using reasonable housing construction projects.
People who want to build detached housing, should get all kinds of assistance.
