MINSK, 2 February (BelTA) – Andrei Sambuk, the newly appointed Director of the Financial Investigations Department of the State Control Committee of Belarus, has been introduced to the staff, BelTA has learned.
The new executive was introduced by State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus Aleksandr Volfovich and Chairman of the State Control Committee Vasily Gerasimov.
Andrei Sambuk had previously run the Investigative Department of the State Security Committee (KGB). Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko appointed Andrei Sambuk Deputy Chairman of the State Control Committee, Director of the Financial Investigations Department on 2 February.
