MINSK, 22 March (BelTA) – Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Aleinik and Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Diaspora of Equatorial Guinea Simeon Oyono Esono Angue held a video conference to discuss progress in the implementation of measures of the roadmap on cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Equatorial Guinea in 2024-2026, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Taking part in the video conference were representatives of ministries and agencies of both states and business. The parties discussed in detail the progress on joint projects envisioned by the roadmap for cooperation, including the ones in agriculture, construction, healthcare, equipment supplies, and education.
The parties reaffirmed their mutual focus on the speedy implementation of the agreements reached during the visit of the Belarusian president to Equatorial Guinea in December 2023.
