MINSK, 23 February (BelTA) - The Decree of the Council of Ministers of Belarus of 21 February 2024 approves the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea on mutual recognition of documents on education, BelTA learned from the National Legal Internet Portal.
The agreement between the governments of the two countries was signed in Malabo on 9 December 2023. The Council of Ministers of Belarus, based on Article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On International Treaties of the Republic of Belarus” of 23 July 2008, decided to approve the agreement.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus will send a notification to Equatorial Guinea about the country’s fulfillment of the domestic procedures necessary for the agreement to take effect.
