MINSK, 25 February (BelTA) – The ongoing elections in Belarus are democratic and transparent, independent observer from Bulgaria Daniel Petrov told reporters at the CEC Information Center, BelTA has learned.
“I am an independent observer and I have participated in election monitoring more than once,” said Daniel Petrov.
“Your elections are exceptionally democratic and transparent. I have seen a genuine interest in the voting process, which we in our European country cannot achieve so far,” added Daniel Petrov.
