MINSK, 5 September (BelTA) – The Belarusian Defense Ministry is looking into the recent airspace violation by drones, BelTA learned from the Belarusian ministry.
According to Chief of the General Staff - First Deputy Commander of the Air Force and Air Defense of the Armed Forces Sergei Frolov, Belarusian airspace was violated, presumably by drones, last night.
“A decision was made to destroy them. The on-duty air defense forces destroyed all the targets,” Sergei Frolov said.
The relevant bodies are looking into the incident.
