Yury Zabalotny, a young Belarusian sprinter, has purchased an apartment in the quarter, that will have all the infrastructure for daily training and keeping excellent shape, at a good price.

Yury Zabalotny: “The story of buying my apartment in Minsk World began with the city which I liked very much. I am not from Minsk, but I come here for training camps very often. I was looking for an opportunity to buy an apartment for a long time. I considered different options. My friends advised us to pay attention to Minsk World a year ago. We took a look at this mixed-use development. We liked living and purchase conditions here very much! At that time we did not have enough money. Today very good discounts are on offer.
Yury Zabalotny: “We came here once again, saw these great houses, took a walk around the quarter - we just loved it! I have been to many Minsk districts, all of them are beautiful. For some reason however it was Minsk World that really attracted me. This place has its own atmosphere. It also solves a very important issue: I have noticed that there are a lot of sports grounds to play tennis, volleyball, or just throw a ball into the ring. This is indeed very important.”
Minsk World is built to host competitions among other things as well. In addition to the workout areas, which are available in each quarter, the complex will feature stadiums for team games and tennis courts. There is also a skate park. All the quarters of the mixed-use development are connected by bicycle paths. There is plenty of room for running.
Yury Zabalotny: “I believe that such facilities will help our people stay healthy. This will encourage our youth to take up sports. People will live a more healthy lifestyle. Minsk World residents will be able to enjoy the most amazing views that open from all the apartments of all the new houses. You might have a hard time choosing an apartment because the choice is huge: “What, in the end, to choose? What's better?”.
“Minsk World has a very convenient apartment layout. I saw apartments in other neighborhoods. The layouts there did not always suit me well. And one more thing: I was amazed when I watched the Minsk World construction progress: houses grew by one floor literally every week. Back in February, when I was at the construction site of my house, there were only five floors, now the house is nearing completion. I think another month or two and the new house will be ready for commissioning. And all I will have to do is interior works!”.

There are public transport stops along the perimeter of the multifunctional complex. The available public transport lines already allow getting fast to any part of the city by trolleybus or by bus.
Yury Zabalotny: “It is very important that a lot of kindergartens have been built. It will be very convenient for parents to take their kids to a kindergarten right at their doorstep. You just take the kid to the kindergarten and no problems. Everything is organized very cool in Minsk World!”
Kindergartens and schools have already been opened, are being built, or have been designed in Minsk World. Just like colorful outdoor playsets they are located in the very “heart of the quarter” – in the adjacent territory where transit vehicle traffic is forbidden. It means that supportive parents will not have to worry if they send their kid for a walk or to school.
Yury Zabalotny: I was very surprised to learn that one can walk through this entire district within 15-20 minutes without hurrying. Everything is very compact and convenient!
