MINSK, 24 October (BelTA) — Belarus’ Central Election Commission will open an information center ahead the election day, CEC Chairman Igor Karpenko told the media, BelTA has learned.
"Ahead of the election day, we will set up the CEC information center to promptly inform voters and observers about the voting process," the CEC head noted.
"Our awareness raising campaign will target all participants of the election process. The CEC will publish the relevant information about the election preparations and process on its website. Information defined by the Electoral Code will also be sent to the media for publication," Igor Karpenko said.
The CEC will arrange the info service about the working hours of the territorial commissions. The call center will be working six days a week from 1 November 2024.

The presidential election in Belarus has been scheduled for 26 January 2025.
