MINSK, 27 February (BelTA) – The turnout at the early voting for the constitutional referendum in Belarus totaled 42.93% of eligible voters, BelTA learned from the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Belarus.
An estimated 44.98% of voters took advantage of the early voting opportunity in Brest Oblast, 43.60% in Vitebsk Oblast, 49.02% in Gomel Oblast, 42.59% in Grodno Oblast, 43.31% in Minsk Oblast, 44.40% in Mogilev Oblast, and 34.75% in Minsk.
Voting will be running from 8.00 till 20.00 on 27 January.
