MINSK, 14 October (BelTA) – More than 59,000 Ukrainian nationals have arrived in Belarus since February, BelTA learned from the State Border Committee of Belarus.
Since 24 February to 14 October, Belarus admitted 59,044 citizens of Ukraine. 15,890 people arrived in Belarus directly from the territory of Ukraine. 34,821 citizens of Ukraine came to Belarus via Poland, 7,099 – via Lithuania and 1,243 – via Latvia.
“Over the past week, Belarus admitted 1,446 citizens of Ukraine. All of them came via the EU countries,” said the State Border Committee.
