
MINSK, 25 February (BelTA) – The elections in Belarus are proceeding well and calmly, Member of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan Fuad Musa Javadov told reporters, BelTA has learned.
This morning, the observer visited two polling stations - No. 123 and No. 124 at the Belarusian State University Lyceum in Minsk. "The overall impression is very positive. All legal requirements have been complied with. We see the information stands at the polling stationw with information about all candidates. This information does not contain campaigning elements, as required by the Belarusian legislation," Fuad Musa Javadov said.
"In general, the elections are proceeding well and calmly. I really like the level of preparation and the calm atmosphere," the member of the Azerbaijani CEC added.
