MINSK, 3 October (BelTA) – Almost 10,000 foreigners used the visa waiver to visit Belarus over past week, BelTA learned from the State Border Committee of Belarus.
From 26 September to 3 October Belarus hosted 9,263 visa-waiver arrivals: 1,724 citizens and 637 non-citizens of Latvia, 6,014 and 888 citizens of Lithuania and Poland, respectively. All in all, Belarus welcomed 264,584 foreign visitors as part of the visa waiver program: 169,355 citizens of Lithuania, 65,739 citizens and 20,154 non-citizens of Latvia, and 9,336 citizens of Poland,” the State Border Committee informed.
