MINSK, 4 May (BelTA) – 850 Ukrainian nationals have arrived in Belarus since 29 April, BelTA learned from the State Border Committee.
The majority still keep coming in via Poland. “From 6.00 on 29 April to 6.00 on 4 May, 850 citizens of Ukraine came to Belarus: 1 from Ukraine, 721 - from Poland, 103 – from Lithuania, 25 – from Latvia,” the State Border Committee said.
The committee recalled that foreigners who arrive in the Republic of Belarus in the wake of the social and political situation in Ukraine, including from the territory of other countries, do not need a PCR test (certificate) to enter the country.
Belarusian checkpoints are operating in a routine mode.
