150 Ukrainians enter Belarus in past 24 hours

MINSK, 20 April (BelTA) – Most Ukrainian nationals come to Belarus in transit through Poland, BelTA learned from the State Border Committee.

“From 6.00 on 19 April to 6.00 on 20 April 150 Ukrainians entered Belarus: one citizen of Ukraine arrived in Belarus from the territory of Ukraine, 128 Ukrainians came to Belarus transiting through Poland; 13 Ukrainians passed in transit through Lithuania, and eight through Latvia. Since 3 April foreign nationals arriving in Belarus due to the social and political situation in Ukraine, including those transiting through other countries, do not need to present the negative result of a PCR test to enter the country,” the State Border Committee said.

Belarusian checkpoints are operating in a routine mode.
