MINSK, 28 April (BelTA) – 138 Ukrainian nationals have arrived in Belarus in the past 24 hours, most of them transited via the EU, BelTA learned from the State Border Committee.
“From 6.00 on 27 April to 6.00 on 28 April 138 Ukrainians entered Belarus. Two citizens crossed the Ukrainian-Belarusian border; 116 Ukrainians came to Belarus from Poland, 19 from Lithuania and one from Latvia,” the State Border Committee said.
The committee recalled that foreigners who arrive in the Republic of Belarus in the wake of the social and political situation in Ukraine, including from the territory of other countries, do not need a PCR test (certificate) to enter the country.
Belarusian checkpoints are operating in a routine mode.
