MINSK, 23 April (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent a message of greetings to the participants of the 10th National Creative Radio Contest “Young Talents of Belarus”, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
According to the head of state, the contest has united hundreds of boys and girls for the time of its existence. It is a unique event in the cultural life of the country, the president added.
“Winning the contest has become the beginning of a successful creative career for many famous Belarusian musicians, who represent our country at the national and international levels. Its winners traditionally become scholarship holders of the special fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus to support talented youth,” reads the address.
Aleksandr Lukashenko emphasized that, despite all the challenges of the time, the contest has not only been preserved but has also been filled with new content, with the number of nominations increased and the range of musical genres expanded.
The president wished the participants, jury members, parents and teachers strong health, creative inspiration and success for the benefit of the native country.
