MINSK, 16 February (BelTA) - State Secretary of the Union State of Belarus and Russia Grigory Rapota has been awarded the Order of Honor. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko signed the relevant decree on 16 February, BelTA learned from the the press service of the head of state.
Grigory Rapota has been honored for the services to the integration cooperation, Union State building, friendly relations and unity of the peoples of Belarus and Russia.
