MINSK, 4 June (BelTA) - Ruslan Parkhamovich has been appointed Minister of Architecture and Construction. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko announced the appointment on 4 June, BelTA has learned.
“A very modern man, a manager of the future. He organized the work of the construction industry in the region. Very agile, clever, knows ins and outs of the construction industry, active. Former minister of construction will not be lost [Dmitry Mikulenok]. Anatoly Sivak [Minsk Mayor] asked to transfer him to the city administration. He has a very difficult situation today. I agreed with Anatoly Sivak's proposal. I believe that Kukharev [Vice Premier Vladimir Kukharev who supervises the construction sector] will agree with that as well. The main construction projects are concentrated in Minsk,” the head of state said.
