Lukashenko urges to stop terrible processes around Belarus

VITEBSK, 2 September (BelTA) — There is a lot to be done to stop the terrible processes around Belarus, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said as he met with students of Vitebsk Oblast higher education institutions at a Q&A session titled as Open Microphone with the President on 2 September, BelTA has learned.

Speaking about the situation around Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko once again drew attention to the fact that there is a violent struggle for leadership and possession of the latest technologies in the world. The president believes that the USA will not withstand this war. The world will develop by its own rules and eventually become multipolar. "They understand: if multipolarity appears, it will be the end," the head of state emphasized.

Aleksandr Lukashenko remarked that this struggle is going on not only in the media space or economy, but also on the battlefield. "They came right up to us. The war in Ukraine is also our problem. It is no longer a war between Russia and Ukraine. It is a war between Russia and the states that help Russia (maybe a little, but they help), and NATO states at least. Therefore, we need to do a lot to stop these terrible processes," the president said.

The head of state added that within a short period of time, perhaps five years, it is necessary to help young people to take the country into their hands so that young people could continue leading the country and could be able to create favorable conditions for a good life of future generations.
